Purpose of the event:

The Year 10 Mock Interview Day took place as part of Trinity Academy ‘Fit for the Future’ careers scheme, which runs each year to help students consider their career options and prepare for the future.

The academy hoped that the Interview Day replicated the workplace, and provide students with the opportunity to face a formal interview situation, as well as discuss their chosen career area with a professional from this field.

The event was an excellent opportunity to help support students in terms of building confidence and understanding areas for development.

It was our pleasure to be attend the 6^th Form Interview day, it is important for students to interactive with business and gain some “real world” interview skills. We found all the kids we interviewed to be very articulate, polite and focused – wish them all every success in the future.
