From time to time we work with trusted partners to provide additional support / services such as; PR, Social Media (content & conversation), photography, animation, print, video editing and production, to help meet our client’s requirements and goals.
What’s included in your costs?
There are no hidden costs, we quote a job, you approve the cost and we stick to it. (Should the brief change we re-cost the project and you approve costs before we progress with any changes to the brief.)

Do you buy print?
We can buy print for you but we’re not precious…
All print costs are provided at cost, we manage the process and deal with the supplier on your behalf, the supplier invoices us and we add a 15% mark-up to our print & delivery invoice to you.
How much do you charge?
We don’t charge by the hour, each job is different, and every project is subject to your requirements.
We quote on a project by project basis.
Sorry we can’t give you a cost now, but it doesn’t take us long to quote a job once we have established your needs, goals and objectives. I have a - retained agency, or, we have our own in-house team – they are a bit busy, can you help out?
Yes. We respect existing relationships and are happy to help out / support an existing team when needed.
Do you partner with industry specific specialists?
Yes. We have trusted partners we work with to provide additional support to meet our client’s requirements for; Social Media (implementation, content, conversation), PR, Photography, Animation, Print, Motion Graphics Video Editing and Production.
We are the creative partner for ‘other’ agencies. We develop one off creative design and web projects for their clients, they manage the project we have no contact with their client unless we are asked to communicate as part of the project or if the ‘other’ agency invites us to a meeting or conference call.
What are your Terms & Conditions?
We would require 50% of the costs up front. The balance will be involved when work is completed – terms 30 days. All costs are provided ex. VAT, expenses, couriers, travel and E&OE.
Outline costs are based on all content, photography, images, texts, facts and figures being supplied by you (the Client). If required, an additional costing would be provided for photography and copywriting.
Costs include all work outlined in your proposal/quote except where otherwise indicated. Changes to the requirement and agreed approach may result in additional work that would be quoted in additional to the agreed costs.
Please note that for all items final responsibility for proofing text and imagery lies with you (the Client).
Proofs will require checking, sign off by you (the Client) and dating prior to the files being uploaded/ posted live.
How do I send you large files?
If you’ve got a file that’s over 5MB, then we’d suggested you send it via wetransfer or Mailbigfile. You can send up to 2GB, it’s free to use and no need to register or set-up an account. If you have any issues give us a call in the office or email us for help.
